We have created a variety of faceplates to suit your design needs.  All of these faceplates are consistent with thier respective chassis layouts.  These are all formatted for 11x17 inch paper.

We recommend BNP Lasers for a high quality laser engraved finish.  They should be able to import the PDF files here right into their Corel software, thus avoiding the $30 artwork fee.

Another option is to take the electronic PDF file(s) to a printing company, like Kinkos, and have them print your faceplate on the card stock of your choice.
Make certain the faceplate is printed to scale.  The image can not be scaled or "fit to size" for the graphics to align with the component holes in the chassis layout.

Of course you can print these out yourself with your own printer.  Be aware!  Most printers do not generate prints exactly to scale.  Test your printer by printing a layout drawing and checking the scale of the layout with a ruler.  If the scale is OK, then you can print with assurance that your holes will line up with the faceplate.

We have four choices of faceplates for your design.

  • Epiphone Valve Junior Conversion
  • Epiphone Valve Junior Conversion with VVR
  • Scratch build
  • Scratch build with VVR

If you don't know what the VVR is and want to learn more, read up on it at SEWatt.com and 18Watt.com.

Epiphone Valve Junior Conversion

A custom faceplate is not required for this conversion.  The only modification to the front or back of the chassis is one hole for the Tone control potentiometer.  We are providing this faceplate for those who want their amp to stand out as a custom piece of work to make it uniquely their own.

Epiphone Valve Junior Conversion with VVR

These faceplates require more drilling.  Three holes for the potentiometers and one hole for the input jack have to be drilled.  Still, it's not to bad.
